Free range? Natural? Why should you bother?

We know the scene… you’re stood in the egg isle (or the dairy isle, to be precise. Nowhere really has a designated egg isle). You’re gazing at the eggs. Or, more accurately, your eyes are flicking between the cheap factory farmed bulk eggs for £0.37 and the more expensive free range eggs. It’s a modern day moral dilemma…

But we think chickens are great. Clucking. Laying eggs. Bobbing their heads about like they’re about to burst into a jive. It’s worth the cost to keep Crackin’ Eggs free range – so chickens can feel good in general, and you can feel good about buying our delicious eggs!

We also like to keep Crackin’ Eggs 100% natural – from the tasty flavourings to the colouring (which, by the way, is actually edible)! What can we say, we like to be thorough.

Plus, look at the result… is it not a pack of crackin’ beauty?

You don’t have to answer that. We know it is 😉

Share a bit of mutual love for chickens and eggs with us on Facebook and Twitter if you want. That’d be cluckin’ fantastic.

Did you know...

Hens will often sing the "Egg song" before, or after, she lays an egg. It is a cheerful song that shows pride in her efforts!
